Navy pilots off the East Coast filmed this with the jet's infrared targeting camera in January 2015. The object flies against the wind while its image slowly rolls over, and one pilot says, "It's rotating."
The Department of Defense officially released the video in April 2020, along with GoFast and the 2004 Nimitz clip. It's still one of the most watched UAP videos there is.
