Returns and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right: a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to send it back.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Email contact@polyology.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number (it starts with UT-) and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Lost or late packages

Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. If yours hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, or tracking shows it lost, email us and we'll send a new one at no cost.

Wrong size or change of mind

Everything is printed when you order it, just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for a wrong size or a change of mind. Write to us before ordering and we'll send exact measurements.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
